Candidates for the free PRES PSI Prep and Mentorship course, please note: This is a 69 hour accredit course available online and in-person. To be eligible for the free PRES PSI Prep, you must maintain a 60% or above on all class quizzes and have no more than three absences.

GUARANTEE AND POLICIES

Pre-License Broker and Salesperson Pass Guarantee: 
Our goal is for you to pass the exam the first time — but, if for some reason you don’t — you may retake your class series for FREE! *

You have up to two years from completion of your initial course to pass both sections of the PSI exam, if for any reason you do not pass, you are welcome to attend additional live online/in person classes and review the self-directed videos and quizzes. We are here to help!

Refund Policy for Pre-License Broker and Salespersons:

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent students from completing their pre-license real estate training course. Therefore, we offer the following refund policy for our students:

1. Refund Eligibility: Students who have not accessed any course material and who request a refund within 14 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund.
2.  Partial Refunds: Students who have accessed online course materials up until the Digital Manual and who have not yet attended any live classes may request a refund. A refund of 70% will be returned to the card used to make the purchase. Excluding Specials & Sales promotions.
3. No Refunds: After 14 days from the date of enrollment, after the digital textbook and videos has been accessed or live classes have begun, no refunds will be issued.
4.  Refund Request Process: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the JaylaThompsonPRES@gmail.com, indicating the reason for their request and the date of enrollment. The request must be submitted within the refund eligibility period.
5. Refund Payment: Refunds will be issued within 4-6 weeks from receipt of the written refund request. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to all current and prospective students.
